Can I customise a package to my specific needs?
Yes. The packages are a starting point, not a fixed formula. If you need something between two packages, or want a specific addition, I'm happy to discuss it. I always work with a clear, custom quote.
What if I need more revision rounds than included?
Extra revision rounds are possible and are charged separately at a fixed hourly rate. This is always communicated upfront — no surprises afterwards.
What is the difference between Seed and Studio?
Seed gives you a strong logo and the core visual elements. Studio goes further: it begins with a strategy session, builds a complete brand system, and delivers a guidelines document that you — or anyone else — can work from consistently. If you want to build a serious brand, Studio is the minimum starting point.
Can I start with Seed and upgrade to Studio or Full Brand later?
Yes, that's possible. The Seed investment is credited if you upgrade later. I'll always advise honestly whether it makes more sense to start directly with Studio — sometimes that's the smarter choice in the long run.
When do I pay?
Every project starts with a 50% deposit before kick-off. The remaining 50% is invoiced at final delivery. Payment term: 14 days.
Do I receive the source files?
Yes. With all packages you receive the editable source files (AI, PDF) alongside the export formats. You are the full owner of your brand after delivery.
