Approach
How I work.
Every project starts with listening. Before designing anything, I unpeel the idea behind your brand — your purpose, your story, your direction.
Every project starts with a workshop where we unpeel your brand together. We look at your story, your goals, your audience and your challenges. This gives us a clear, shared foundation before anything visual happens. For most projects this is a 1–2 hour video call. For Full Brand projects it is a deeper 2-hour session with a written output.
I turn everything we discovered into a focused brand strategy document — your positioning, personality, tone of voice and visual direction. This is the guide that keeps every design decision consistent and intentional. You review and approve it before we move forward.
I explore creative concepts that express the core of your brand. Visual ideas, mood, style and storytelling take form. I present 2 directions for you to respond to — not to pick one blindly, but to use as a conversation. Together we choose the direction that feels honest and right.
I develop the full identity system — logo, colours, typography, layout, imagery, motion and more. Every element is designed to work together. We refine through revision rounds until it feels strong, simple and true. Nothing ships until you are confident in it.
You receive all brand assets and guidelines in every format you need. I help translate the brand into real applications — print, web, social, packaging. Your brand doesn't end at delivery. I'm available for questions and support as you grow.
Why It Works
Design without strategy is decoration.
Strategy first.
Every visual decision is rooted in a clear brand strategy. Not aesthetic preference — intentional direction.
Collaborative, not transactional.
You're involved at every key moment. Your input shapes the outcome. I'm a thinking partner, not a service provider.
Honest advice.
If something isn't right, I'll say so. If a simpler solution works better, I'll recommend it — even if it means less work for me.
Built to last.
I design identities that grow with your brand. Not trendy. Not arbitrary. Built on clarity that stays relevant.

FAQ
Everything about the process.
How does a brand identity project actually start?
Every project starts with a strategy workshop — a focused conversation where we uncover what your brand is really about. We look at your goals, your audience, your competitors, and what makes you different. This session shapes everything that follows. Nothing visual happens until we have strategic clarity.
Do I need to prepare anything before we start?
No formal preparation is needed. I'll send you a short briefing questionnaire before our first call to help you think about your brand, your audience and your goals. The more honestly you answer it, the stronger the strategy session will be.
How do revision rounds work?
After each design phase I present the work clearly with context and rationale. You give feedback — what feels right, what doesn't, what you want to explore further. I then refine based on your input. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds per phase. Extra rounds are possible at an agreed rate.
What if I don't like the first concept?
That's what the revision rounds are for. I present 2 concept directions for Studio and Full Brand projects — so we're never locked into one path. If neither direction feels right after revisions, we talk openly about why and find a better approach together.
Can I be involved throughout the process?
Yes — and I encourage it. You'll have clear input moments at every phase: strategy approval, concept direction, identity refinement and final delivery. I work with you, not just for you.
What happens after the project is delivered?
You receive everything — all files, guidelines, and brand assets. I'm available for questions and follow-up support after delivery. If you need ongoing design work — social media assets, new touchpoints, campaigns — I'm happy to discuss a retainer or per-project basis.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, if requested. Confidentiality is standard practice. I don't share work-in-progress or client information without explicit permission.
